Style

What is style? Most people think of fashion, trends, and Vogue. However, I'm not so sure. Is personal style something that can range widely from person to person, or is it something that is an overarching theme in aestheticism? Can a person who wears the ugliest outfit with confidence and originality be described as stylish? Can a person that wears trends without personality, but looks attractive, be described as stylish? What is style?
